Hatch Planner Guide

The hatch planner is a pre-drop checklist for Steal A Brainrot Egg. It is not a web app and it does not fake odds. Run it in the eight-player server, looking at your fenced crate, before the egg becomes stealable. If you cannot answer in one pass, buy cheaper or steal someone else’s crate.

Shipped rules: eggs are stealable during hatch even in base; hatched Brainrots are safe forever; each egg rolls Brainrot plus size plus traits; rarer rolls earn more as a floor; even a simple egg can print. Mechanics: how to hatch and how to protect. This page is the go/no-go call. Parent: tools hub.

Step 0 — time budget

How long can you stand on this crate?

  • Full sit: whole timer, camera up, knockback ready. Controls already feel automatic.
  • Partial sit: you will tab out or roam. Anything above Common is too expensive.
  • No sit: you are here to raid. Do not place. Open how to steal.

A Common around $10 fits a messy first hour. A Mystic advertised at 1 in 800,000,000 fits only a full sit. The egg tier list is a shop label. Your feet are the limiter. Crowded lime grass subtracts time. Eight-player servers are not a private incubator.

Step 1 — Index holes before shop color

Name the holes on the Brainrots hub. Fill cheap holes with cheap eggs. Sit a rare hole only on a full sit. If you have no holes, you are rolling size and traits — switch to best income and demand a giant, not a silhouette you already own. A tiny duplicate is clutter. A giant duplicate with traits is a replacement. Traits and sizes stops you from keeping both.

Step 2 — sit, steal, or abandon

Pick one verb before the egg touches wood. Sit if you can finish the timer and the Index or income case is real. Steal if a neighbor started a better crate, or your timer is already lost (two players on your pad and you dropped knockback). Abandon if you cannot sit and the crate is not worth a dive. Walking away keeps cash for the next Common. Never mix sit and steal on an egg you own. Leaving a ticking crate gambles the whole roll.

Step 3 — rebirth gate

Look at rebirth only after a hatch or a failed sit. If a locked unit already prints at the high end — official art shows a giant flyer near $998,549,987/s versus a small hatch near $100/s — do not reset that engine to clean the pad. If every slot is a low tag and you cannot afford the next shop row, rebirth is on the table. If you would rebirth to “feel progress” after one lucky giant, stop. The giant is the progress. Do not import red-carpet taxes; see launch notes.

Worked example: you can afford a rare crate, but three players are already circling lime grass and you still fumble knockback. Step 0 is partial sit, so the rare is a no. Sit a Common, or steal if a neighbor already started. After lock, if the Common rolled huge, skip the rare anyway and fund the next shop from that tag.

Step 4 — log and replan

Confirm lock, log Index, screenshot size and traits, read the live tag, then pick sit cheap, sit rare, steal, rebirth, or leave for offline earnings. Offline applies after lock, not during a timer. Codes will not skip this; the codes hub is empty. Scripts will not sit the crate; script safety is the warning. Join links stay on the links hub.

Walk away from a Mystic you cannot sit. Finish a Common you can actually hatch. A locked cheap giant still fills the Index and still pays for the next crate, which is the only plan this checklist will bless.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Steal A Brainrot Egg questions.

How long should I stand on a rare egg?

The whole timer. If you cannot, do not place it. Match rarity to attention span, then use how to protect for the sit itself.

Should I drop a rare egg to fill an Index hole?

Only on a full sit. If the hole can come from a cheaper crate, sit cheap. The Brainrot Index wants names, not donations.

When does the planner say steal instead of hatch?

When you have no sit time, or your own timer is already lost, and a neighbor’s crate is better. Routes are on how to steal.

When does it say rebirth?

When the plot is junk with no printing giant and you cannot afford the next egg tier. Never as a reflex after a lucky hatch. Read rebirth.

Can I use this as a drop-rate calculator?

No. There is no published full table to calculate. Advertised Mystic odds are art. Judge the locked tag with best income.

What if I have to leave the server mid-hatch?

Treat that as no sit. Do not start a rare timer. Offline earnings apply after lock, not during the steal window. See how to hatch.
